Capital Loss Reserve
Lellco is developing the Capital Loss Reserve as a service that can be utilised in conjunction with the AuSMEquity directory and to further enhance investment risk management.
In essence the concept is simple, Investees and the Investor agree to pay a portion of the capital they receive into the Capital Loss Reserve.
The reserve accepts contributions from investments until it achieves a pool of $100,000,000. Lellco manages the reserve and makes payouts as and when required and in accordance with the agreed terms.
